4-Sight FAX is a highly configurable network fax server supporting multiple fax lines within a cross platform office environment.

To run 4-Sight FAX Server, you will need one Mac running OS 9.2+, 10.3 (Panther), 10.4 (Tiger), a TCP/IP network, and a Class 2 fax modem or Apple Internal Modem.

Client Software: any Macintosh running OS 9.2.x through OS 10.4.x or Windows running 95, 98, ME, 2000, or XP.

Server Software: a Macintosh running OS 9.2.x, 10.3 (Panther), 10.4 (Tiger) with a connected Class 2 fax modem or an Apple Internal modem.

NOTE: The 4-Sight FAX v7 FAX Server also supports 10.3.x Panther Server OS or 10.4.x Tiger Server software on an X-Serve machine.

Fax Modems: Either an Apple Internal modem (Class 1 or 2), the Apple USB modem or any modem listed on our supported modem list.

For evaluation purposes, a suitable Server machine would be:

A G3, G4, G5, or Intel based Mac with an Apple internal modem or or any another supported modem from our supported modem list.
