Phone support for product installation is available for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an annual product update and support agreement, all product updates and phone support are included for one year.
If you have not purchased the annual product update and support agreement, phone support is $125 per incident and product updates cost approximately 50% of the product license list price. When placing a technical support call without a support agreement, please have your company name and credit card information ready. To purchase a support and unlimited updates agreement, please call us.
