Attention: Customers Using VOIP or Digital Phones (w/ Compression)

1. Never turn compression on the fax line being used with 4-Sight FAX. It will cause your faxes to fail.

2. If you encounter any problems with non-analog lines (dropped calls, partial or failed faxes), we strongly recommend using an Analog Phone Adapter (ATA). For more information or to purchase an ATA device, please visit: http://www.voipsupply.com/voip-adapters.
